Scholarship Recipient Spotlight:
SUTTON SMITH (23c)
Sutton Smith’s freshman year at Berry got off to a great start. But just as the business major from Metro Atlanta was preparing to begin pursuit of her entrepreneurial goals in the outdoor industry, disaster struck – times two. When Sutton learned that Save a Student Scholarship supporters had come to her rescue, she and her mother were ecstatic.
Sarah Quigley (23c)
LOOKING OUT FOR FAMILY
When Sarah Quigley transferred to Berry from an engineering school in her home state of New Jersey, she wasn't sure how she would fit in. The kindness of Save a Student Scholarship supporters confirmed that even though she was 800 miles from home, she was among family.
Jeff Jahn (07C)
DONATING WEBSITES TO SHOWCASE GREAT BUSINESSES
Jeff Jahn (07C) is helping local and national companies and nonprofits during the COVID-19 pandemic by donating great websites meant to help good news find a voice.
Joaquin Bravo (21C)
Bridge to Opportunity
A gift for language allowed Joaquin Bravo to become a bridge for diverse and international students, helping them feel at home as Berry students. When he ran short on funds to pay tuition his senior year, alumni and friends became the bridge he so desperately needed.
